Purchased a brand new / old stock Omega watch. It was promised to be scratch and any physical damage free, by Igor (the seller). Once I opened the box, I was able to see that the watch is not new, but rather beat-up somewhat, with scratches on the bezel, indentations and a chipped off metal on the lug (see images). Gary and Irina are amazing! I’ve shopped at modern Jewelers and watches for years. I’ve been completely satisfied with everything that I have purchased from them. Their merchandise is top quality. They also can make custom requests. Would definitely make it a point of stopping in and checking out what they have for the holiday season.
Irina was super helpful! She was insightful and encouraged us to do research before buying! She was not pushy and was very great to work with! We bought our bracelet from modern jewels because of her! The bracelet is great.
Walked in needing a certain chain style, they didn’t have it on stock. Modern made a few calls and in 15 mins provided the chain for me. Very fast and excellent service.
