Brought my seiko watch in for battery change last fall. A short time later the back fell off & I couldn't get it back on. Took it back in January. He got the back on, but cracked the crystal and tried to tell me I brought it in that way. They were to replace the crystal - after many months of excuses & lies, I finally got my watch back in April.
