This company is a scam. Do not use it to purchase property, they will steal your money. I tried to do business with them and since I couldn't do it for reasons not stated, now they don't want to return the deposit back. I have the contract and everything from the supposed purchase that was going to be made, the deposit money was sent to a supposed escrow company "Brickell Funding” whose owner is Jorge Rodriguez. Be very careful with this company Aldian Otto stole $50,000 from me One of their Realtor (Aldian Otto) help me bought a house in 2022 through conversation and had he accept to my bank information . He found out that I had extra $50,000 and I told him that I wanted to invest in real estate properties. Whilst being my Agent Aldian Otto told me he had an investment opportunity for me, I have bad health conditions we even talked about it, Aldian Otto assured me he would help me given my health conditions.
