I would not recommend Modern Hones if you are looking for quality. The quality is a joke. The service is a bigger joke. It is very hard to get them to finish the job. They do not stand behind their promise of quality and inspections. 10 months have gone by and home is still not completed. Fire and safty codes were broken and they refuse to make it right. The blue prints did not work out as were discused and they just put the blame back on the buyer as they have you sign off on blue prints ahead of time. Like the common perso... read more
