RecommendedI first used them 10 years ago for new furnace and AC unit. And aging now because of flood ! Scott was great to set everything up with . if I had a question or issue he responded quickly and had someone here ! Or he him self would come. thank you very much !
I have used Modern three times for HVAC issues and have always been completely satisfied with their outstanding service. Most recently they got my heat back on by replacing the igniter in my 12-year old Carrier furnace. Han was fast and efficient, diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, and had a replacement part on the truck. Thanks to Modern Heating and Cooling and to Han for the terrific service.
Used Modern Heating for new furnace and air unit, they were more than dependable they made it easy and with two phone calls and one day, it was done and made my life better! These guys are professionals and could not have made it any easier for me. Quality is there game!
This company is terrible at customer service/ no customer service and will not follow up on warranty requests. We built in Waunakee this year and have serval issues in which they will not address or do a site visit to review the concerns. They have to many new projects to follow up on the existing clients. Sloppy work, confirmed by 3rd party inspections due to their lack of support to fix issues. Steer clear!
Would give zero if possible, was charged a whole lot for a brief no parts no labor service call where a nice guy I will give that, simply explained thermostat light to me, I didn't understand it and to be fair I of course expected to be charged something for coming out but not $146 for doing nothing, should have listened to a neighbor who warned me that this company rips people off, he was right, beware !
It is fabulous having someone I can trust to work on my 35+ year old boiler!! Roger is a rock star!!!
Thanks Corey !!! I called them in the morning and in the blink of a eye our ac was working.
I had to pay for the same repair 5 times in 3 years. I finally had someone else do the repair for 1/2 the cost and it has lasted 5 years. It isn't the incompetence of the service man that got me mad it was the arrogance of the owner when I called about being billed each time.
Thank you, Corey for going out of your way to help my mom with her oil furnace! She's 79 and could have been taken advantage of, but you went above and beyond for her.
