I asked their local competitor for a written qoute for a new furnace installed, and they gave me the run around and excuses for why they couldn't give me a written qouterd price. They gave me a verbal qoute of $3,800 dollars. I called at 7pm the night my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I had a sick baby running a fever and needed the air to work and they came that night! Highly recommend!!
We had Modern install a heatpump unit for us last year. The young men that installed it were so professional and courteous. And, they even cleaned up the mess! While out of the state we needed some warranty work done. They had it mixed the following morning, even going so far as to deliver the house key to my fathers home so he would not have to worry about getting our key back! Modern heating has been our choice for HVAC service for many years and we have not been disappointed!
