I have been a patient at Modern Hearing Solutions in Akron for about 6 months. I previously had hearing aids, but nothing helped with my tinnitus. I was referred by a friend and it was the best decision I ever made. They performed a very extensive hearing exam as well as a cognitive test. The team at Modern Hearing Solutions Akron is fantastic. They brought me in, explained everything and helped me take the first step for the rest of my life. I met with Doctor Smith today and it truly was such a wonderful experience. I had to bring my daughter with me and, unfortunately, she is teething so she was a little fussy and clingy. Dr. Smith helped me in caring for her so that I could complete my hearing assessments and never once did she complain or anything! I felt so bad about needing to bring my daughter in with me but Dr. Smith made the visit easy and thorough and was so kind to my baby I cannot thank you enough for the patience shown to us today! - Genna Owens
