Dr. Smith is clearly invested in making the process of diagnosing and assisting in patients maintain quality of life through therapeutic use of hearing aids. She is enthusiastic and optomistic. I feel valued as a patient. It is a very difficult decision for most people to choose to deal with hearing loss. My hearing aids are an excellent quality and she has helped me adapt with them to permit me to continue my work as a musician.
Dr Smith was very thorough in her examination and the different test that were given. She seemed to cover all the bases. She knows her business.
Modern hearing solutions is an excellent place to go if you have hearing problems. I go there different times to have my ears cleaned and my hearing aids adjusted. The workers are very nice and pleasant. Thank you Carol Berger
