Nicole was very professional and tried her absolute best at getting that load of wax out of my right ear, but no success. When I got home I tried some drops and after three tries, I can hear again. I still want to go to an ENT and get everything out of both ears. After that, I'd still like to come back and see if we could finish up the visit. Thank you all and may all of you have a blessed day.
They were helpful. I knew my hearing was getting worse. After a car wreck with all the air bags going off. I got a pair and are testing /trying them out.
They are great!! Dr Smith & the girls there were so nice!& took time with me, I didn't feel like I was rushed ! Now I'm able to hear again!! Don't waste money on cheaper ones that don't work..like I did.
I was very much impressed with the hearing evaluation I received from Dr. Smith. She was very thorough and explained the treatment process in a very understandable way. She was also very pleasant throughout the appointment. Highly recommend.
