Cannot get anyone on the phone and cannot book online. Our healthcare system has really tanked. It would be nice if people in the medical field actually cared.
They were very professional and the customer service was great.
I am very grateful for the kindness and understanding we received from Ketrina Lewis. We were in a difficult situation with our son's health and she was willing to take the time to listen to our needs and concerns, then helped us resolve the issue. She treated us so wonderfully. Her willingness to truly listen to us and then take the time to research how to resolve the issue was a blessing.
