We had dropped off a storm door frame to have the glass replaced for a customer of ours. Needed to be tempered glass (safety glass) and was told it was going to be 2 weeks to get it back. Didn’t think it would take 2 weeks but whatever. So it was coming up on the 2 week mark and hadn’t heard anything so we called and was told that they didn’t have our order and was lost.
