I was excited to get a nice hair cut and booked an appointment for the classic hair cut with shampoo. The place is fancy and thought it would be good. After a quick hair cut that needed adjustments, I sat in message chair with sink and nothing was done. A mediocre warm towel that was ran under a faucet was used and no shampoo. The excuse was they dont book shampoos or rinse after a haircut because of they only have 15 min slots. Maybe I booked the wrong person.
Great place all around. Jon is fantastic. Highly recommend.
Bad haircut, uneven. Was folded down with some gel or something until I got home and washed it....Patchy and long hair strands here and there. Wife was disappointed about my haircut.
