What a bizarre experience. My husband went to get his beard trimmed and no one was waiting in a line. A woman and a man with a ton of tats didn’t really acknowledge him at all while he was sitting there, trying to make an appointment. Treated like an inanimate object and ultimately he got frustrated and walked out. Such poor customer service just to get a trim. Very weird vibes, don’t think we will ever return….awkward.
DO NOT GO HERE FOR BEARD CUTS. My face is completely uneven and I will now have to shave my entire beard.

My family had the worst experience by the John guy . They got lost and was 8 min late that guy was talking inappropriate words in front of my kids and didn't want to attend them and my wife told him to watch his mouth . He didn't care .no a place for any kids or anyone that's for sure . Need to be humbled just a little
