My family had the worst experience by the John guy . They got lost and was 8 min late that guy was talking inappropriate words in front of my kids and didn't want to attend them and my wife told him to watch his mouth . He didn't care .no a place for any kids or anyone that's for sure . Need to be humbled just a little
New to Modern Gents. Had Jon as my barber for the first time. He was late for the appointment by like 10 mins and it took him 15 min to cut my hair. He complaint basically the whole time about "not having enough time" and something else. Booked the Fade with shampoo and got nothing due to him saying he did not have time. Charged me full price. Felt like his tools were not cleaned as well. Pros: got a water bottle Would not recommend. Spend money elsewhere.
Jon does excellent and quick work. Talented guy for sure. Shop is well kept and very updated/modern. Staff are always nice and welcoming. Recently moved to Wausau, found new barbershop for sure
