I’m always on edge when it comes to shopping for a suit but the second I walked in I was greeted and approached and she made sure that I did not leave until I was 100,000% fully satisfied. The customer service is amazing. Highly recommend this place because they take their time All the measurements came out spot on. I will be returning here for every occasion.

The employees at Modern Formals of North Haven are truly second to none. Chrissy and her stellar staff, Lianna and Theresa, were all so incredibly helpful in guiding me through the rental process when I needed help last minute before a wedding. Modern formals was the PERFECT place to get the suits for my wedding. My fiancé and I went to multiple Men’s Wearhouse locations and were completely unimpressed with their options and staff that didn’t seem to know much. We stepped into Modern Formals and Lianna greeted us right away and was sizing my husband within 2 minutes of us walking in the door.
