RecommendedMy family LOVES Modern Eyes. I have been going to Dr. Samels for 17 or 18 years. He is the best eye Dr who is kind and compassionate with all of his patients. Dr. Samels and his excellent staff is always very welcoming and compassionate. A move of 300 miles from Green Bay encouraged us to seek out another optometrist in our new location, which did not work out for us. Dr. Samels was kind to make room in his busy schedule to see both my husband and myself at a last minute notice. Came with my daughter for her exam and have been very welcomed even though I was not the patient. Also I love a nice clean restroom and theirs was fabulous! Will be back for my own exam next time!
I am from Iron River Mi originally. All my life I went to the same eye doctor who was absolutely incredible. After I moved to Green Bay I have been searching for the same type of doctor and staff. I say Dr. Keller this morning and he was such a nice guy! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was very comfortable through the whole appointment which is major for me. I couldnt reccomend them enough! Plus super great prices.
Visits with the doctor are very good and thorough but the front staff is very disappointing. We’ve had more than one mistake by them with billing and their communication is very poor.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Samels for years. His expertise and knowledge is top notch! Recently he has helped me get a special contact to help improve my vision. His patience and determination is beyond appreciated. I have no words to express my gratitude that he could help me to see so clearly again. Thank you for being such a wonderful doctor. I haven’t liked many eye doctors since my favorite fell out of my insurance network, but I found a great doctor yesterday... Dr. Patrick Samels! Loved the office and staff too! Highly recommend.
The staff at Modern Eyes is fantastic. Dr. Samels takes his time during the exams-you never feel rushed during an appointment. He wants to be sure the contacts/glasses fit your needs! They have so many choices for glasses and their styles are so fun.
Dr Samuels and staff are extremely knowledgable and caring! Glasses are always cutting edge and trendy.
