They could call back with an appointment atleast I have called 3 times they ain't made it to me yet
Mike, our termite inspector, is awesome! He has amazing interpersonal skills, is very professional and you can tell he enjoys his job. The best part is he will take the time to answer all my bug related questions when he comes for our yearly inspection! Plus, he was the one we called when we had an "infestation" only to learn there is another Mike at Modern who handles that! 10 years of great service and counting!!
I worked with modern for about 10 yrs. Broke my back in july and was put out of work by my doctors. Modern was kind enough to pay my insurance up till August 31. Now its September, Still got a broken back, insurance kept denying procedures. I can only return to work if my doctors release me and if the position is still available. I no longer have insurance. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Mr. Darrell Jones was amazing!
Have not dealt with them any other than an employee being rude and ringing my doorbell repeatedly. Rang it at least three times. Got pissy when I answered the door explaining that I work nights and was attempting to sleep after my shift. Get the damn hint if someone doesn’t answer the door after the first ring and go away. We didn’t have an appointment that we knew of. Don’t demand that we answer the door.
Called once spoke to Michelle she someone would be calling back to make an appointment as when to come out, nobody ever called.
This is a family owned company & has been in onslow county business for over 50 yrs......they are oustanding in their service they guaratee the work ( but they dont have to ever come back ! Only yearly) their staff is courteous they are very thourough & you cannot beat the prices......in my opinion? The are better than terminix , or ANY exterminating company in the county! A 5 plus star rating with 100% guaranteed satisfaction!
Great service! Modern Exterminating did a wonderful job on treating our house. Will definitely keep using them!
