Incompetent medical personnel, lacking in common tasks that reduce long wait times incurred. Arrived at 1040am provided insurance information. At 1156am was called up to verify information and sign 7 pages of information releases. My daughter is still waiting to have her ankle exrayed and it's 1300. She finally was seen from 1308 to 1316 , so in retrospect we should have been told from the beginning that the wait time is long and an appointment is preference. They were able to book me for 2 procedures. Both were done within 30 minutes and was finished by 8:30am. The staff was and professional.
