I would like an explanation as to why my daughter has gone here twice and was NOT been seen by the dentist. You go for a cleaning, but the dentist should go in to check and make sure all is ok. I don’t understand being charged for a visit without having the dentist at least stop in and look everything over. And secondly, the fact my daughter saw a message stating that he did not have time to see her is even more ridiculous and quite rude. The hygienists were actually great though and kind thankfully.

Best hygienist experience ever! Took the time to educate me without making me feel ashamed of some dental issues. Some outside the box and innovative ideas of how to treat my tmj. I'm excited to move forward with treatment! Insurance and billing is well handled with compassion and understanding.
