before any services were rendered i asked for confirmation that everything they wanted to do (x-rays and cleaning) were 100% covered by my insurance. It was verified that everything was covered. During my service they attempted to upsell me on toothpaste, rinse, a night guard. when all were turned down, i went to check out and received a bill. the front office said they made a mistake and some of my x-rays were not covered and I would have to pay for them. Bait and switch.
