My first visit to this office was for a broken front tooth on a Friday. If you've ever tried to make a dentist appointment on a Friday, you'll know that not very many offices in the Rogue Valley are open on Fridays, and if they are, their dentists aren't in that day. Modern Dental Care, however, IS open and DOES have a dentist in the office on Fridays! I called at a quarter to 11 and they were able to get me in IMMEDIATELY! I had my new patient appointment with the Modern Dental team recently and I feel it was a pleasure! From a smooth and easy experience with setting up the appointment over the phone, to getting me in soon after I called, this process was a breeze! The staff at Modern Dental were all very friendly and personable. I feel I didn't have to wait long while I was there either! I highly recommend making their office your dental team!
Dr. Gillespie is the best ever. I've gone to him for 10 years. They always get me in quickly and their work is superb. Highly recommend
First off the office is absolutely stunning. Definetly makes for a better visit with an office that nice. Secondly the staff was amazing very friendly and nice. I found out there has been no new staff nor has anyone left in 8 years that's pretty impressive! My dental hygienist that helped me was great, this was by far the easiest experience I've had at a dental office ever. Keep up the good work Modern Dental!
I'm still in shock about the lack of discomfort I've had, after my tooth extraction on Tue...when the shot wore off, I thought now how bad is it going to hurt///surprise it didn't hurt at all///no pain, no swelling, nothing////only took ibproofun once, because I was instructed to....Good job Dr. Spencer, actually looking forward to my next appt.////
