I have proof as seen in my timed-stamped photos from the day we moved into the house, that it was not cleaned nor was it taken care of. There are termites and the house needs to be tented. I did not receive even a 1/4 of my deposit back making me pay for all of these repairs. I do not recommend this place. Homeowners, beware: Modern Day let my home sit vacant for months on end. I recently found out about the outrageous fees they charge potential tenants, which likely contributed to the delay. I’ve since hired my own attorney to draft a lease and will be managing things myself from here on out.
Wonderful staff very friendly and professional know the business and are straight shooters!!! Very honest and they make sure you are happy as well as the owner !!! A true asset to the business five stars ⭐️ Gail & Tabitha are amazing!!! 🤩
I cannot thank Tabetha and Gail of Modern Day Property Management enough! It can be very difficult to rent a house these days and they helped me through the process and made sure I was able to rent the perfect house for me in FL. Everything has been made so simple and they are so helpful. You can trust Modern Day Property Management.
My move-out fee was over $2,000. I actually owed money past my deposit for the first time in around 20 years of renting. A couple things were valid but several were just crazy.. $275 to wash the concrete around the pool and front entry, we hardly used the pool. It was outside, it gets dirty out there.. I also sent them pictures of plants growing out of the cracks out there on our move-in day to try to reason with them on this charge but they just didn't care at all.
