I cannot thank Tabetha and Gail of Modern Day Property Management enough! It can be very difficult to rent a house these days and they helped me through the process and made sure I was able to rent the perfect house for me in FL. My move-out fee was over $2,000. I actually owed money past my deposit for the first time in around 20 years of renting. A couple things were valid but several were just crazy.. $275 to wash the concrete around the pool and front entry, we hardly used the pool. It was outside, it gets dirty out there.. I also sent them pictures of plants growing out of the cracks out there on our move-in day to try to reason with them on this charge but they just didn't care at all. Very easy to use
I wish I could give zero stars. Tabitha is the shadiest property manager I’ve ever encountered. I guarantee the things she charged us for in our security deposit weren’t even done. She’s a slum lord for sure. Do not do business with this company. Rent from them or let them manage your property. I have photos and proof of everything she charged us for being completed.
