I honestly don't know what I would do without Caitlin. She has been my medical provider for almost 10 years, and over that time she has also become a provider for my husband and grown children. There is no comparison in quality of care, attention and service provided by Caitlin and her team. I feel in control of my health. They are laser focused on helping me achieve my health goals and living a very long life.
God forbid you fall on hard times and have to cancel your membership within your six month commitment that I didn’t remember agreeing to (which I did sign something but again, I didn’t remember this). She didn’t approve my cancellation, which is fine, but then why would I stop my care if I’ve fallen on hard times and STILL have to pay with no care?? Caitlin is the absolute best in the business. She cares for my family of 4 and we couldn’t be more pleased. She provides the most thorough and comprehensive care I’ve ever had. And it doesn’t get any better than Bonnie and Kim either. They are friendly, extremely responsive (evenings, weekends, holidays, doesn’t matter) and know their stuff. If you’ve ever wondered if concierge medicine is for you, call her up and go have a conversation (initial one is free), you will not be disappointed!!!
