I had such a fantastic experience yesterday! It's been years since I've gone to Modern Concepts and glad to be back. Angela did a fantastic job "fixing" my hair. Sorry Radiance Salon, I won't be back! I felt very comfortable with Angela and her skills and sweet, caring personality are exactly what I need.
It is the best salon I have been to.
