Terrible time schedule management, delayed several times, product not delivered as promised, missing parts, promissed to make up and after 4 month they said they forgot to order, absolute zero customer care and no respect for the customer time and intelligence...I would rate negative if possible
I love my new coffee table, it is very stylish and similar item elsewhere could cost a lot more! The owner Dave is very friendly and flexible about shipping time. The delivery service was excellent as well, the delivery guy helped us unpack and set up the coffee table as well which was such a big help because the marble top is very heavy.
I purchased four light fixtures from Modern Concepts. The quality is really great, and their customer service was excellent. I will purchase again
