After a long term injury after a car accident with Modern Chiropractic’s help I can say I’m healing. I’m following up regarding the outstanding claim for my treatment nearly two years ago. When I completed the paperwork, I provided my insurance information and claim number, so this should have been billed to my insurance directly.
