So happy with my new floors. They showed up on time and did an excellent job matching my hardwood floors. Highly recommend this company for all floor needs.
Buyer beware! This store doesn’t stand by their floors or their promises. I had wood floors installed last August and within 3 weeks they looked old, not brand new. There were chips all over the wood, cracks in between boards and scratches on the floor within 3 weeks. My husband dropped his 5.5 oz phone from the sofa and it dented the floor. It was a pleasant experience purchasing carpet from Modern Carpet One. Tony walked me through the different carpets and carpet pads. This was most helpful since it had been over 15 years since I had last purchased new carpet. Carpets and pads have changed considerably. The installer were the best. They moved the furniture, installed the carpet, moved the furniture back and cleaned up after themselves.
