Bought replacement windows thru a contractor who purchased them from Modern Builders. After they were installed and the contractor deserted me I started having opening and closing problems with the casement windows. I went to Modern Builders thinking they might come look at the problems I was having(I was only several blocks away). The only thing they offered me was a special size wrench to adjust the windows myself. This was over a year ago.
