You will get the dress you want at a much cheaper price than any other bridal shop which is why I am giving 3 stars (but you get what you pay for). Please take your dress to a different seamstress or tailor than the one they use!! I went to multiple bridal shops and had wonderful experiences, but my mom really wanted us to go here as they sell Justin Alexander which is the designer of the dress I knew I wanted. Highly recommend this store if you are looking for any bridal related dresses. I needed a dress last minute and Johnnie helped me find the perfect dress. Everyone at the store was very kind and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. They also have a big selection of styles and sizes. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.
Our experience with this shop was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The owner initially came across as friendly and accommodating, but our interaction ultimately revealed a serious lack of honesty and accountability. During our first visit, he made very specific promises about the dress we wanted, assuring us he could order that exact design and even customize it (such as adding or removing sleeves).
