Worse service. Went in a week ago and my son bought a gel. He specifically asked the girl working (she was very nice) if it left the hair feeling crunchy. She guaranteed that it wouldn't. He asked a couple times just to make sure. Sure enough he tried it once and it was crusty. Went to exchange it today (not a refund just exchange). Kayla was extremely rude and wouldn't do it saying policy says they can't because it was used. Even tho he was guaranteed that it wouldn't be. Very unprofessional.

Store was closed before the hours that are posted on the door. I understand I came close to close but 530 means 530. I wouldn’t have rushed to get there before close if I knew that they closed earlier than the times that are posted. Last time I came in as well I also stood at the front for like five minutes before a staff member came out from the back.
Clean, organized and great products. The staff is always helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond!
