Store was closed before the hours that are posted on the door. I understand I came close to close but 530 means 530. I wouldn’t have rushed to get there before close if I knew that they closed earlier than the times that are posted. Last time I came in as well I also stood at the front for like five minutes before a staff member came out from the back.
Clean, organized and great products. The staff is always helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond!
Staff are very friendly, however I was a little upset and frustrated after being informed that I wasn’t allowed to purchase the product I brought to the counter because I’m not a licensed hairdresser. Just wish there was signage upon entering with that information, I wouldn’t have wasted my time walking around picking out products to purchase.
Sydney and Shelby at Modern Beauty in Airdrie are fantastic, Helpful and extremely knowledgeable!! They took the time to share and explain the new products I’m using.
Sidney and her associate Shelby were knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a very pleasant experience.
