Staff are very friendly, however I was a little upset and frustrated after being informed that I wasn’t allowed to purchase the product I brought to the counter because I’m not a licensed hairdresser. Just wish there was signage upon entering with that information, I wouldn’t have wasted my time walking around picking out products to purchase.
Sydney and Shelby at Modern Beauty in Airdrie are fantastic, Helpful and extremely knowledgeable!! They took the time to share and explain the new products I’m using.
Sidney and her associate Shelby were knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a very pleasant experience.
This store is great for anything you need for hair or aesthetics. But if you want any kind of customer service, assistance or even a hello you will not find that here. I am in this store on a regular basis and never receive any kind of help. The staff simply stand behind the register either talking to eachother or playing on their phone's. As someone who works in the customer service industry in a same setting I find this very disappointing.
