Very poor customer service. We waited over five minutes while staff clearly saw us and chose not to help. We only needed help with a product but were completely ignored

I have good experiences 3yrs ago with one of the staff. I move to bc just this summer to by supply that i didnt bring from saskatchewan went to modern twice.the first visit they were rude and discriminated me and my husban i ignore it cause my mind they having rough day as a stylist i understood. 2nd time i went in with my husband they did discriminated(racises) me and my husban for the 2nd time and laugh at us for speaking our launggage.
