I was just reading the reviews and was really disappointed in the customer service and understanding because no matter the license or not I see things in the store don't need license for #nail Polish heat hair just all products in general If we did have a license about whatever we don't need to tell you about our lives just to buy a product we know what we been looking for Seen Natalya post and you're guys feed back just not professional.

Should be zero stars for stupid gatekeeping. This is such a stupid business model. You need a membership to purchase products, not just chemicals but clippers, tweezers, etc. You need a barbers license to get a membership. Was told "we're a wholesaler" oh so you don't sell individual items? "No, we do, but not to the public" but you have a website for people that aren't licensed, "yup, but we don't sell hair clippers on it because these are professional clippers".

Bad store. I wasn't even allowed to go past the front door.I don’t understand why I can’t buy hair care products and hair dye for myself. I'm not a stylist, but if I came to such a store, I know why I came there. And I don’t need 10 pieces, I wanted to take it for myself. You probably don't need money and clients. Because any product can be bought in online stores without any licenses. I just don't want to pay shipping. But you are not interested in selling.
