Had horrible service the first time I went and went a couple months later and somehow it got worse. The staff were rude and ignorant the entire time we were there. Something clearly needs to change as all the reviews are about bad service.
Very poor customer service. We waited over five minutes while staff clearly saw us and chose not to help. We only needed help with a product but were completely ignored

Wish I had known this rule before heading there. Kinda weird, wasn’t allowed to go through the gates. Will spend my money elsewhere, thank you!
