The staff who used to work there were always friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things clearly. However, I’ve been there several times recently, and the service has been very disappointing. When I ask questions, they often don’t seem to understand what I’m asking—even when I ask about basic professional products. Sometimes they just look at me without responding or offering any help. It feels very unprofessional, and honestly, it has reached the point where I don’t even want to go there anymore.
Lots of products and very organized. However, the staff was quite rude and gave the "look" when I said I was not a professional and I didn't have a licence. Yes, you do have a sign at the door informing about this, but there is no need to be rude.
