Good communication. Vehicle I was interested in was already sold but still up on website. Apparently they don’t remove the listing until the vehyis picked up. = customer frustration

They are good about sending stuff that has little todo with your query. Made an offer to them, took more than two more emails for them to acknowledge the receipt of the offer and they weren’t interested. This is on a true turtle they have had on the market since last February. Truck is way overpriced.
This dealership is great and honest about their service and if they were in Minnesota I would make them my choice of dealership
