I'm really impressed by the service provided at Modern Animal Hospital. I was able to get a same day appointment, the staff was gentle with my super nervous dog and the medication prescribed worked! I also appreciated being able to receive test results quickly via an app. I'm looking forward to working on getting my dog comfortable with going to the vet through Happy Visits. Quality care and kind people who truly love animals.
Modern Animal is really easy to work with. Through the app, I have booked appointments, chatted with a vet tech, and gotten test results and receipts. The vet was thorough in caring for my cats but also receptive to my wishes when I wanted to defer tests or take other options. I'm happy to have made this choice!
Cannot say ebough great things about all my experiences at the HB Modern Animal clinic! Today Dr. Welton & Alana were so welcoming, open, patient (with me) & truly so terrific with Breezy. Thank you! I’ve alreasy told several of my frirbds about MA! I’m a newer member & feel so good about the decision to join!
