Horrible company is all I have to say, if you need any HVAC assistance do not call them, my daughter's ac is still not working, and they are trying to bill outrageously.
Technician Alex came out and was PHENOMENAL. My in laws are in their 60s and have gone years of hot summers without ac upstairs because they were told by another company it needed to be replaced. Alex found the real problem, fixed it within an hour, and took the time to explain the health of EVERY component and system to me. I really appreciate him and i know my family is going to be over the moon when they find out. Cant tell you how blessed we are today because of Alex.
