Our A/C went out yesterday and the first company we called was Modern Air. Despite a scheduling error (we were told someone would arrive at 8 am today but the person we spoke to yesterday didn’t input our appointment into the system), We were able to have two technicians arrive at 9. I was really impressed with George’s ability to get straight to the point on what needed to be done and took care of us in a professional manner. Very nice front office lady
Julio came to look at the AC unit and determine that all the electrical components were working and that the problem was with a Freon leak out of the evaporator. The unit is from 1998. We’ll be getting an estimate for a new unit. Julio did a great job on explaining it all.
