Great and prompt service!
Modern Air installed our units and have been prompt to call us about the arrival of a repair man - sending us a text with the name and picture with an accurate time of arrival. The unit has run flawlessly until we hit a glitch!! They did a great job ! We were very happy with the repair service and the knowledge of the staff member sent.

Modern Air is absolutely top-notch! When both our AC and heater went out, they responded quickly and professionally. The tech they sent, Evan, was fantastic—knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly friendly. He diagnosed the issue, made all the necessary repairs, and got everything running again at a very fair price. I honestly can't say enough good things about this experience. If you're looking for HVAC service, look no further. You're welcome!
I called mid morning for a service call. Our heat did not work the night before. They were able to have a technician come shortly after lunch. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He got us fixed right up. I’m very happy. Good business.
