I’ve been living at Windsor Turtle Creek for over three years and the building and staff are really perfect. Specifically, the amenities (e.g., pool, gym) are fantastic. Also, every time I’ve needed any assistance from the staff or just ask a question (I’m new to the area), the staff always goes out of its way to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and provide insightful and really helpful information to any questions I have. This apartment has shown a lack of responsibility and respect toward tenants. I experienced a serious ceiling leak that frequently occurred late at night, repeatedly disturbing my sleep. I contacted management many times, but each time the issue was only partially addressed and never fully resolved, allowing the leak to continue happening. Repairs were delayed and dragged on for weeks. During “office hours,” the office is often closed, with doors locked and lights out. Emails are not always responded to promptly if at all. In less than a year, there has been three different maintenance teams and property managers.
