None of their chargers work. Their karaoke room also doesn’t work. Hope everything gets fixed, I got this apartment in hopes of their amenities working.
I just want to take a moment to recognize two people who make living here a genuinely better experience: Kallista and John. I was recently out of state on a work trip and had a package delivered to the mailroom. My girlfriend and I arrived late Saturday hoping to take a quick look at the property before closing. Katie went above and beyond showing us everything the community had to offer as well as options that check our boxes for what we are looking for in an apartment. Hoping we can call this place home in the near future!
Khalil and Jon from maintenance are amazing! Maintenance has definitely been a highlight of our time here, it’s always very fast and friendly
There is no doubt the maintenance team is fantastic. But, as residents, you likely won't deal with the maintenance team as often as you will the office staff or neighbors. Sadly, this place feels like an overpriced college dorm. It is loud, it is disrespectful, and we pay too much for this nonsense that is detailed in our lease but is not enforced by management.
