I am leaving my review for Jon he is in maintenance. I have to say Jon is very respectful and has gone out of his way to make sure the needs were met. My blind in my bedroom was defective (from the factory) it was not something that could be fixed. It was something that I could've lived with, but aesthetically it was not very pleasing. Jon got me a new blind. I work nights, and he worked around my schedule to make sure the job was completed. The communication was great, and the follow through time was very much acceptable. I would not recommend living here. The rent is high, and the only real benefit is the amenities. The building’s app used to unlock doors, operate the elevator, and access your unit is frustratingly slow to connect. Staff members are slow to address issues, visitor parking is very limited, and the coworking pods are not quiet at all since they’re located on the second floor above the leasing office, near the lobby and main entrance.
