PJ resolved my HVAC issue promptly, and before leaving he offered some additional tips that I appreciated.
Great amenities, friendly staff, and timely responses to maintenance requests, but the walls don't offer enough privacy. I get far too much noise from neighbors above and below me. I hear them walking, doing laundry, whenever they play music, and often get woken up by a neighbor in the middle of the night. I wouldn't recommend the building for that reason. I moved in right when the building opened and loved it, but as it fills up, it's glaringly apparent that no thought was put into reducing sound from the surrounding units.... read more
