I have been living in this apartment for nearly 4 months, and to my disappointment, the promised EV charging stations have still not been installed. There are no public charging facilities available either, making it extremely inconvenient for EV owners. Additionally, the management does not allow sharing of EV parking spots with neighbors or friends, which adds to the frustration. Within the past two weeks 1 bedrooms have increased from $2,300 a month to over $2,500/$2,900 a month! Clearly this is price gouging! Another corporate greed apartment complex hiding behind the word “luxury” I don’t doubt the significant price increases are due to the Los Angeles fires. I feel at home here, not just because I live here but the staff and the people I have encountered so far have all been wonderful! They extend a family feel and being here is like being on a little vacation. Thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating.

Best experience of leasing an apartment. Alex do really good job and helps us a lot. And the unit is all brand new, all the appliances, the cabinets are new. Oh yeah, the unit was cleaned up at the date we move in. Such a great experience I have. Thanks so much.!!
