Living here has become increasingly frustrating due to severe issues with property maintenance and overall sanitation. The trash rooms are frequently overflowing, filthy, and present a clear hazard. Additionally, there is a persistent problem with uncollected dog waste along the sidewalks and common areas, showing a complete lack of upkeep and accountability from management. For the price of rent, the declining hygiene and maintenance standards are completely unacceptable.
Love the maintenance dept here. They try really hard even though they seem to be short handed. They are very knowledgeable and nice guys. It would be great if management would be able to get/give them more support when it comes to the fact We tend to have lazy tenants that do not clean up after their pets and the guys do the best they can to try but honestly it would take one person at least 2 hours a day just to handle the animal waste clean up, and they do not have that kind of time. Updated: Moved out after lease ended, we kept the place cleaner than we moved in, expecting a full refund of deposit only to find out they kept 70% of our deposit because they have to paint the apartment no matter what, that should not be our responsibility. Easy come, easy go!! Carlos is amazing. He made sure my moving in and out process was smooth. The current management also has been so helpful in making sure the moving-out process was not a headache for me. Everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as possible.
