My complaint are the internet n they raise the rent a lot in 1 year. In the past when the internet was down only for couple hours but lately it will take 1-2 days to resolve and it happened more often now. A lot of the resident wfh and students. Here's idea for mgmt: sign up w another provider for the clubhouse so when the main internet down, resident can go down to clubhouse to work. It's very inconvenient for all of us. It's pitty that your rating went down from 4 to 2.9 bc of internet issues.

I have been living in this apartment for nearly 10 months, and to my disappointment, the promised EV charging stations have still not been installed. There are no public charging facilities available either, making it extremely inconvenient for EV owners. Additionally, the management does not allow sharing of EV parking spots with neighbors or friends, which adds to the frustration. How many times has the internet gone down? So, have you told Whitesky, “Are you sure you can charge us for such a lousy network?” Or do you actually have the nerve to charge us service fees?

Please do not even consider living at this complex. We pay so much money to live in luxury and we live in nothing close to that. I have had the absolute worst experience here and I know I can speak for all the people who go to my school and my friends who live here. We are constantly have to call the complex or go to the leasing office and nothing changes. Everyone that works here knows nothing. They never know what's going on, how to fix, or who to contact. EDIT: Officially went from 2 stars to 0 it possible. Wifi is down for the 4th time this month. Why are we paying for this and expect to deal with it while management takes a day off? Used to be a great place to live. Now there are problems popping up every week. We have been residents here basically since the place opened. Issues used to be taken care of immediately, but now it's hard to even get someone on the phone or to respond to an email. There are always issues with other people parking in designated spots.
