Very fast and nice
Carlos is always prompt, polite, and friendly! He never shows up without a smile and a joke. He’s helped me with my locks, dishwasher, and mounting things, so I’m convinced there’s nothing he can’t fix. He’s hardworking, dependable, and a true gem in our apartment community. We’re lucky to have him, and I can’t thank him enough!
Jose did an amazing job! He was extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He came in, quickly figured out what needed to be fixed, and handled everything efficiently and carefully. He was also very friendly, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Jose for any maintenance needs. 10/10. This apartment complex is extremely clean thanks to Jacob. Love the atmosphere of the different spaces you can use here and the leasing staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Kelvin for always being so quick to answer my questions or support wherever needed. Would also love to highlight how great the overnight security is, we are lucky to have them!
