I would like to say Bryan Roberson is on top of things here at Windsor galleria. FedEx left my package in the mailroom on the floor it was not put in a locker but Brian intercepted our packages that was left on the floor and put them in the office. I immediately thought someone took my package and I was glad to know that it was Brian making sure that we all received our package Thank you Bryan you are the best and you are doing a fine Job here at Windsor by the galleria.
Bryan is Amazing. Came in and was trying to find directions and he pointed me in the right way. Nice clean environment and his customer service skills are above the bar. I would live at this place with customer service like this.
