Make sure you know what you're getting into before you move into Modera Lofts. Because of Covid all common spaces are closed down. There are no amenities. (This is accepted safety protocol and I concur with this decision.) The walls separating apartments are thin and noise travels easily. So do cooking smells. There is a high turnover of staff at Modera Lofts too. Building management rules with an iron fist and are not responsive to the needs of staff nor tenants.
