I just want to say how much I value Erika and David. Erika always greets everyone with a smile and truly cares about keeping our building clean — you can see the effort she puts into every corner. David is the same with maintenance; if something needs attention, he’s there right away and makes sure it’s done properly. They both go above and beyond, and it really shows in how comfortable and well-kept this place feels. People like them make a big difference, and I’d hate to imagine the apartments without them.
The location is super convenient to everything I need. One of my favorite perks is the free coffee in the lounge, so good. The community has been clean, quiet, and well-managed. Melecia is the best, she’s made me happy I chose to call this building home.
Since we moved in last September, Melecia has been very helpful! She's a trusted leasing agent, and if she sees us around, she always makes sure to speak and make us feel welcome! The office would not be the same without her! I have been thoroughly pleased with my experience at Modera, and in part due to Melecia's welcoming personality and energy!
