The location is super convenient to everything I need. One of my favorite perks is the free coffee in the lounge, so good. The community has been clean, quiet, and well-managed. Melecia is the best, she’s made me happy I chose to call this building home.
Since we moved in last September, Melecia has been very helpful! She's a trusted leasing agent, and if she sees us around, she always makes sure to speak and make us feel welcome! The office would not be the same without her! I have been thoroughly pleased with my experience at Modera, and in part due to Melecia's welcoming personality and energy!
I love the staff here!!! Melecia is amazing and takes care of everything! It’s people like her who make me want to continue living here. 5 stars across the board!!
Please DON'T move in here. This place is not as advertised. Coffee machine never works. Security will harass you for reasons that seem race based, there will be noise all times of night in the courtyard. Biggest and by far Worst issue is that they have drugstore beetles. We had to be so thorough checking our stuff as we moved, to keep them from coming with us.
