Multiple events of break ins, you pay high rent in the name of useless security. Recently ~60 vehicles got vandalized. Previously furnitures from the property went missing.
RecommendedGreat place to live. Feels like a 5 star resort. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns you might have. Arnoldo the maintenance manager is awesome. The people working here care about helping you. I had a problem with a stained window that needed to be changed. Arnoldo came to see me the same day that I reported the problem and the window was replaced within 2 days. This place deserves its high rating. The free Starbucks coffee is also a plus 😁

Nice place but administration and security worst experience, they took our car out of the parking without any notificacion, even we had the parking car card visible. They never helped us and we needed to pay 220 USD to get our car inside privete property. Take car of this "rules" within private property.
