I never leave reviews, yet alone negative ones but this is the worst apartment building I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Their leasing office cannot do their jobs properly and their excuse is that they are under staffed. I’m supposed to move in Monday and when we go do a walkthrough of our unit, it’s not the same layout we were promised when we signed the agreement. Their logic is that it’s similar and wanted us to accept it. We did not. We saw another unit open up that was the same layout we wanted ... read more
