I have been living here for a few months and the service has been fantastic, I don’t think I’ll ever find that high quality elsewhere. George (leasing office) & Nick (maintenance) are truly the best!!

Withholding and messing with tenants security deposit after leaving apartment spotless. Disappointing and shady tactics by the company. Edit: The reply is a lie, nothing ever happens. They do nothing and gaslight you, avoid any apartment managed by this company.
Just moved in a few weeks ago and the experience has been nothing but positive so far!! Jacob and George down in the leasing office are extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance is super speedy, same day response!
I love living at the Jack! I have been here for two years now. George and the Leasing staff are so great.
