I’ve lived at Jack for three years now, and have been pleased by my experience with management. Always responsive, attentive, and helpful. The location is unbeatable, and amenities are kept in presentable and great shape. Whenever I’ve submitted a work order to get something fixed in my apartment, it’s been fixed by the very next day. The apartments themselves are nice, but management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and deeply inconsiderate when it comes to residents facing hardship. Communication is nearly impossible, and any attempt to work out a reasonable solution is ignored or dismissed unless court is involved. Policies seem to change on a whim, and tenants are given conflicting information—one day something is acceptable, and the next it's completely off the table with no explanation.
