They are so unprofessional! I went here for a tour appointment. Came to the property. They didn't give me any code to get in. So tried to use their Callbox to call their office directly and even called the number they gave me from the email/text they sent me. Called them 5x but no one answered. This is ridiculous! Everything has been a very smooth transition from applying to the actual move-in. No issues and George has been a great help with answering all of my questions or concerns.
I’ve lived at Jack for three years now, and have been pleased by my experience with management. Always responsive, attentive, and helpful. The location is unbeatable, and amenities are kept in presentable and great shape. Whenever I’ve submitted a work order to get something fixed in my apartment, it’s been fixed by the very next day.
