I moved out over a month ago and was told I owe a balance that is incorrect. I’ve contacted the office multiple times to have it corrected, and despite acknowledging the issue, they still have not fixed it. In the meantime, I receive daily calls and texts attempting to collect this amount. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to aggressively pursue payment while failing to resolve a documented error.
