Rodent infestation mice and everywhere hallways, trash area also in the insulation. The property is a hot mess on the weekends trash is overflowing in the parking garage areas. Residents are not the friendliest people. It’s just to many mice around.
Of all the apartments I have lived throughout 5 states and 10 or so properties, Modena by far is the worst. Firstly, very unresponsive and irresponsible staff (especially Allie, the property manager). I thought someone had stolen my apt keys, so I asked the property to de-activate them so that no one can enter my place. When I found my keys a week or so later - sure enough, the keys were not locked. TERRIBLE. Of all the apartments I have lived throughout 5 states and 10 or so properties, Modena by far is the worst. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PROPERTY. The Management Office does not respond and particularly Sheree, who is rude and aloof. The property is unsafe and unhealthy with chronic, unresolved building issues and unsanitary common areas, despite reporting to Management. Here are two examples of what was recently disregarded by Management for weeks: 1) Vomit or other organic, decaying substance splattered on a glass doorway in a common area, main entrance to the elevator.
