This business bought the practice that our family had been using for over 10 years. We loved Dr Cohen and his staff. The team from Modena could not be more opposite. They do not care about patients. The receptionists have no clue how to talk to people. I guess patient care doesn’t really matter once you have several locations and the owner doesn’t have a clue of what is happening in their practices. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor that actually cares.
I’m a new patient and saw Samantha Arnold for my allergy symptoms. She was very professional and super friendly. I’d highly recommend her!
Patients Beware, avoid this location at all costs! This Scripps facility does not call or fax prescription in timely manner after appt or same day of service as advised. Medication desperately needed for irritated skin and doctor knew about. Three visits to Costco and CVS same day yet NO prescription was ever called in or sent even though we called doctor several times to confirm today. Also, Monesha, admin person/receptionist?, answering phone hung up on us today as well. Terrible service, Do better!
