Very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Had a great experience
I’ve been coming to Dr. Ziering's office for many many years and it felt like Home now it’s a little different. It’s like with all the documentation we had to fill out I almost was going to start looking for another office. It’s lost the feeling of comfort even though the staff members are still wonderful, it’s kind of balances a little bit, because of your staff I will continue to stay with you even though you kind of feel like a number now.
My three year old is in Modena's OIT program - it's been such a breath of fresh air to finally have a plan in place to manage his complex food allergies, especially after being given the run-around at Rady and often feeling dismissed by their team. Modena's team has been helpful, responsive, thoughtful, and professional. Cristian, the OIT coordinator, in particular, has been an absolute gem.
