Trash, they picked up the FlexRide Contract from the AAATA & then violated by ignoring polices and having terrible service. There is one good dispatcher about 4 good drivers but other than that total trash!
They will literally take your money, not worth it.
I’m tired of getting picked up late. It’s really annoying because I be ready to go home. The only drivers that always pick me up on time is Jimmy and Enrique. The rest of the drivers is always late picking me up and I’m tired of it!
