You would think that when you book an appointment that the hair stylists would show up to said appointment right? I scheduled an appointment with my mom, so 2 appointments, at 10am on Jan 2nd a month prior. But here I am sitting in their parking lot at 10;10am and there is absolutely no one here. They have a ring camera that doesn't work. My mom drove an hour and a half to come to this hair appointment and our time was completely wasted. Don't waste your time just find a different hair salon. Mode is a fantastic salon! Everyone there is so incredibly nice. I have been going every week for a hair wash since Sept because I broke my shoulder and couldn't wash my hair. Silas is my stylist; they take great care with my hair as well as respecting my wishes. I totally trust them with my hair. I have waist length hair, and finally decided to add a bit of purple balayage. Then added a wee bit of blue for a pop of color.
