Great sweater, top and beautiful Kelley tooke cross body purse in water repellent leather. Insight Coat ordered and has arrived in less than a week.. Couldn't be happier!!!
Very disappointed about the lengthy order status on a pair of pants. The store failed to advised me about the problems with obtaining the item and after 3 weeks I was offered a refund that I had to go back to the store to obtain. I don't know why a refund could not be processed without me going out of my way back to the store as it is not convenient. The store should have never collected the $148 without knowing that the pants are en route. Very nice clothing but poor policies for such a "classy store?"
