Danielle made my day! I went in with a botched DIY quarantine cut and asked for a wedged undercut pixie, which she did and she tossed in some of her vision for me (I asked her to) which gave me a feminine asymmetrical style! I was worried about looking boyish however Danielle has magic hands and scissors cause I never felt like I would look bad once she started. I've already made my next appointment!! After a slight lapse in communication, I came back in for a little fine tuning to the haircut I received yesterday. Lauren was so gracious and understanding, and after some more conversation she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! Not to mention she is talented and kind. The staff are unbelievably nice and professional, there’s a very clear team atmosphere that you don’t see normally in other salons. The decor in the salon is modern and aesthetically pleasing. Today was my first visit to Mode for a cut and style. I am always a bit apprehensive when it comes to a new stylist, but Victoria did a fantastic job. She took her time and really listened to what I wanted. It turned out great and the customer service was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new style or stylist, this is the place to go.
