I have had a storage unit there for two and a half years now. Everything is fine except I am already getting a second price increase.
Another rent increase. $46 to $53, then $53 to $60, now $60 to $75 in a year and a half. They were the best in Mooresville, now they're no different than Public Storage or any other garbage storage place out there. I'll make sure I'm out by Dec 1st. Please don't respond "market changes, cost of X,Y,Z" etc. Don't give a shit, and can rent he same one "after promo" for $32. The longer you stay, the more you pay. Down to one stars they replied exactly as I assumed they would.
Local. Always trusting. They have different prices for different sizes. Affordable and always caring. Do not hesitate 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve been here thru 4 name changes and multiple managers. I’ve had one problem in 12yrs and that was handled promptly. I gave 4 stars because there is always room to improve. Overall I’ve had no major issues.
