First, it took 4 months! I really wish I went somewhere else.. I'm not happy at all, but don't want to deal with this place anymore.. at all! I feel like they did the absolute minimum and held my car hostage trying to get more $ from my insurance company. Salem is a nice man.. and I just accepted everything because the rental was free.
