First, it took 4 months! I really wish I went somewhere else.. I'm not happy at all, but don't want to deal with this place anymore.. at all! I feel like they did the absolute minimum and held my car hostage trying to get more $ from my insurance company. Salem is a nice man.. and I just accepted everything because the rental was free. The repair was a rear passenger door and a bumper.. however, I feel like they didn't do everything they were paid for. They were paid for a new rim.. but I didn't get a new rim. This auto repair service is amazing and very convenient. They have already worked on two of my cars a 2011 Ford Taurus and a 2012 Kia optima. I would recommend using their repair service.
