I have been going to Charmie for several years now. She just knows exactly what to do. I don't know but her hands just fly over my head and she has her own way of cutting. When you shake your head the hair just falls into place, which is a sign of a very good haircut; it's amazing. I hesitate to give a good review (haha) because it's so hard to get an appointment because she's booked all the time.
