I scheduled a last minute haircut with one of their stylist. I explained to the stylist how I normally wear my hair and how I would like my hair cut. I was hoping to have my hair cut to the middle of my chest with some layers. Instead she cut my hair shoulder length and said she would show me how to style my hair with product vs. heat.
